Wysegen advisory engagements provide exactly that: independent, senior oversight on a fractional basis, structured around your programme and your pace.
Advisory is delivered on a retained basis, typically one to two days per week. Engagements commonly run three to six months, with a clear review point at 90 days.
We do not sell retainers that roll indefinitely. If the work is done or the engagement is not delivering value, we say so. The 90-day review is a genuine decision point, not a formality.

Is this delivery replacement?
No. Advisory provides independent senior oversight for programmes already underway, or strategic guidance before a programme begins. For hands-on build and implementation, see our Delivery service.
Can advisory and delivery run in parallel?
Yes. Some clients engage Wysegen for both: delivery on one workstream and independent oversight on the broader programme. We manage the potential conflict of interest explicitly when this is the case.
What access do you need to provide advisory?
