Embedded knowledge transfer
Your team works alongside our consultants during the engagement, not after. Code reviews, architecture decisions, design trade-offs - all done in the open, with your people in the room.
Most data engagements end when the consultants pack up. Ours end when your team can operate what we built - confidently, independently, and without us.
A consulting team arrives, audits the data stack, redesigns the architecture, builds the pipelines, delivers the dashboards, and leaves. Six months later, nothing works the way it was meant to.
Not because the work was bad. Because no one inside the organisation was equipped to keep it alive.
Data architecture is not a deliverable. It is an operating capability. If your team cannot maintain, evolve, and extend it after we leave, the project failed - regardless of how clean the handover document looked.
Your team works alongside our consultants during the engagement, not after. Code reviews, architecture decisions, design trade-offs - all done in the open, with your people in the room.
Not 200-page architecture documents nobody opens. Operational runbooks, decision logs, and onboarding paths designed for the engineer who will inherit the system in 18 months.
For teams that need structured upskilling beyond on-the-job transfer, we run formal training programmes through our partner Luxley Digital College - Data Analytics and AI Workflow, part-time, evenings, designed for working professionals.
We work with UK charities, foundations, mid-market companies, and public sector teams that share one thing: they refuse to be locked into permanent consultancy spend on their own data.
If you are a CDO, Head of Data, or Operations Lead and you've been frustrated by previous engagements that left your team more dependent rather than more autonomous - this is the work we do.
Knowledge transfer during a Wysegen engagement works for senior team members who can absorb context on the job. For team members who need structured, ground-up training - analysts, junior data engineers, operations staff moving into data - we partner with Luxley Digital College.
Luxley delivers two part-time programmes designed for working professionals: Data Analytics (18 weeks) and AI Workflow (16 weeks). Live evening classes, three sessions a week, remote or on-site UK delivery depending on team size.
Wysegen clients can include Luxley training as part of an integrated engagement, or use it as a standalone capability investment.
A 30-minute call to understand what your team handles today, what's painful, and what "success" looks like in 12 months. No diagnostic yet - just listening.
We spend half a day with your data and your team. You receive a 1–2 page report with the priority findings, what they cost you today, and an honest view of whether we are the right partner.
If the diagnostic surfaces work we can do, we propose a scoped engagement: timeline, team, deliverables, training component if relevant, and price. No assumptions, no padding.
We work alongside your team. By the end, your people own the system - and we are no longer needed for day-to-day operations.
Yes. We invest half a day to understand if there is real value we can deliver. If there isn't, we say so. We'd rather lose a half-day than waste your budget.
No. We work with charities, foundations, mid-market companies, and public sector teams. The common thread is the size and maturity of the data function, not the sector.
Yes. Luxley operates independently and accepts direct enrolments from teams that need training only. If you want both, an integrated proposal is cleaner.
Certification in progress. For public sector tenders or charity procurement that requires it, we can share our roadmap on request.
Yes. We hold a D-U-N-S number and respond to relevant public sector tenders. Contact us directly if you have a specific opportunity in mind.
